Since Celsa and I, Lisa (Baptista) Guzman, were busy at my bridal shower the day of the reunion, here are some pictures of us currently. Enjoy! We missed seeing you all at the reunion (2 years ago). Here's what I have been up to: Since high school I have served four years in the US Air Force, then worked for Lockheed-Martin Technical Operations for a few years, then started working for human services in the Central Valley, which didn't pay much, so then I decided to attend college. I started at Merced Community College January 2002, earned my AA in Liberal Studies May 2003, and my BA in Social Science in May 2004. I have been in the credential program and am currently long-term subbing for a middle school, which I love. Family Life: In 2003 I met a wonderful man, Francisco (Kiko) Guzman from a small little town called Planada (about ten miles from where I live in Merced). We played softball for the same sponsor and met at an end of season pizza party. We ended up falling in love and married December 3, 2004. We have a blended family, my precious daughter Tiana (will be 10 this October), his daughter Vanessa (just turned 12), and his son Julian (just turned 7).
